The parade officially starts at 12:30 p.m., with performances starting at 11:30 a.m. Held in Old Sacramento, this annual parade and festival is fun for the whole family! The parade kicks off March 15 at 12:30, winding its way through the streets of Old Sacramento with Celtic dancers, bagpipe players, and more.
